The primary e-mail address I have used for years on Yahoo Groups now can%26#039;t seem to send messages to any groups. I%26#039;m wondering if it (or its domain, or the web host I use for e-mail) have wound up on some list that%26#039;s banned from Yahoo Groups.

No, there%26#039;s no list available for what you want. Some ISPs dont %26quot;play nice%26quot; with Yahoo. AOL, SBC, earthlink are a few that have problems. Some Hotmail users do but my HM account is fairly trouble-free.
