I Subscribe To Enterprise Web Site Solution - Auto Send Messages are blocked at Yahoo and AOL (deeme

I am a Realtor that has subscribed to a WebSite Host Provider (Istrategy.com). They offer a tool that is an auto-response e-mail generator which sends out an auto-reply to any inquiry on my website. Only problem is that Yahoo and AOL Servers see the messages sent from the Istategy Server as Spam - and either delete it or send it to the recipients Bulk Mail . How can my website host obtain clearances with Yahoo and AOL to permit my Host%26#039;s Server (Istrategy) to send solicited mail responses that have opt-out features and are not spam. My Host refers to this as being %26#039;blacklisted%26#039; - is there any remedy for that so that my enterprise solution software is able to effectively communicate with those clients who have Yahoo or AOL Accounts? I am just a customer of IStrategy - but feel that this problem is not allowing them to offer their clients the full value they deserve and the Company is small - so I am hoping there is someone here with insight and who can help us all. Thank you!

You can have your clients add the email address to their address book. I%26#039;m referring to the email address they receive the messages from. They can also mark it as not spam.

You can also call Yahoo! Customer Care. Their URL is normally http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/mail/c... or http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/index...
